Before you write to us

The questions teams send most often before hitting submit.

How quickly will I hear back?

One business day for almost everything. Most messages get a reply the same day if they land before 4pm IST. Production-down support tickets go to a separate queue with an SLA based on your contract — do not file them through this form.

Will I talk to a salesperson or someone who actually knows the product?

Both, but the second one is included. The first call is with someone from product or engineering — the kind of person who can answer questions about edge cases in your documents, your ERP, or your data model. We do not run a separate SDR layer that books a follow-up to book a follow-up.

Do you sign NDAs before a demo?

Yes. Send us yours or use ours. We can have one in your inbox before the call lands on the calendar. A DPA is signed before any of your documents move into our environment.

I’m an existing customer with a production issue. Where do I go?

Email support@ptasai.com or use the in-app support button. Do not use this contact form for outages or P1 issues — it adds a routing step you do not need.

Can we meet in person?

In Delhi NCR and Gurgaon, yes — we’re a two-hour drive away. For other Indian cities and overseas customers we travel for serious evaluations and major rollouts. Tell us where you are and what stage you’re at, and we’ll be honest about whether a flight makes sense for both of us.

What does “serious evaluation” mean?

A defined use case, a sample of real documents, an internal sponsor, and a rough volume estimate. If you’re still in the early reading-and-comparing stage, a 30-minute call usually serves better than a meeting. We do those every week.

Do you respond to recruiter or vendor outreach through this form?

Honestly, no. If you’re a vendor with something genuinely useful to us, email partnerships@ptasai.com with a one-paragraph note. Recruiters can email careers@ptasai.com. Mass outreach gets filtered.

Have a sample document and ten minutes?
