These terms cover your use of the PTAS AI website, our DocPro APIs, Finsuite products, and any consulting work we do together. Read once, refer back when needed.

By accessing or using the services of PTAS AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PTAS AI, a product and brand operated by Pritasha Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “PTAS AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and operating under Indian law.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, AI platforms, software products, consulting services, and anything else we offer (collectively, the “Services”).
When you visit our website, request a demo, sign a service agreement, or use any PTAS AI Service, you (“Client”, “User”, “you”, or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2. Description of Services
PTAS AI provides AI-driven, data-centric, and enterprise technology services. The current set includes:
- AI & Automation: Agentic Document Extraction (ADE), Document AI, LLM workflows, finance automation
- Software Development: Web, enterprise, and cloud-native applications
- Data Analytics & ML: BI, data engineering, predictive analytics
- IT Consulting: AI strategy, system architecture, digital transformation
- Support & QA: Maintenance, testing, optimization
2.1 Service Delivery
Every engagement is delivered against a written Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or commercial proposal signed by both sides. That document defines scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. If it is not in the SOW, it is not committed.
3. User Obligations
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Tell us promptly when requirements or contact details change
- Make sure the information you share does not infringe third-party rights
3.2 Cooperation
You agree to:
- Give timely feedback, approvals, and decisions
- Participate in reviews and testing cycles
- Provide the access we need to systems, data, and stakeholders
Delays from missing cooperation can push timelines and increase cost. We will flag this in writing before it becomes a problem.
3.3 Compliance
You shall:
- Comply with all applicable Indian and international laws
- Not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit our AI models or systems
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Company Intellectual Property
All intellectual property owned or developed by Pritasha Solutions Private Limited stays with us. That includes:
- AI models, workflows, prompts, and pipelines
- Frameworks, accelerators, tools, and methodologies
- Website content, branding, UI/UX, and documentation
Anything outside this default is handled in writing in the relevant agreement.
4.2 Client Intellectual Property
Anything you bring to the engagement — pre-existing IP, data, documents, source code, systems — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of inputs.
4.3 Deliverables
Unless the SOW says otherwise:
- Custom deliverables built specifically for you become your property on full payment
- Reusable components, internal libraries, and frameworks stay with PTAS AI
- Source code ownership and licensing are spelled out per engagement
4.4 Third-Party Components
Services may include third-party tools or software with their own licenses. You agree to comply with those licenses. We will tell you which ones apply.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing & Invoicing
- Fees are defined in the agreement or SOW
- Invoices may be milestone-based or periodic, as agreed
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
5.2 Payment Timeline
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise
- Late payments may attract interest of up to 1.5% per month, or the legal maximum, whichever is lower
- We reserve the right to suspend Services on overdue invoices
5.3 Reimbursable Expenses
You agree to reimburse pre-approved expenses, including:
- Third-party software licenses
- Cloud or infrastructure costs
- Travel or on-site engagement costs we agreed to in advance
5.4 Refunds & Cancellations
Unless your agreement or SOW says otherwise, all fees paid to PTAS AI are non-refundable.
Refunds, credits, or adjustments — when they apply — are governed by the specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work that covers the work.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Mutual Confidentiality
Both sides agree to:
- Keep confidential information secure and undisclosed
- Use confidential information only to deliver the Services
- Not share it with anyone outside the engagement without written consent
6.2 Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, which include:
- Access controls and encryption at rest and in transit
- Secure infrastructure with monitoring and logging
- Confidentiality obligations on every employee and contractor
6.3 Client Data & AI Improvement
Client data, documents, and content processed through PTAS AI services remain your property. Full stop.
We only use Client data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models with your explicit written consent. When that consent is given, the usage will be:
- Clearly disclosed in the applicable Service Agreement or SOW
- Limited to the agreed scope and duration
- Subject to the same security and confidentiality controls
Data Protection Compliance. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Disclaimer
- AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary across runs
- We do not guarantee specific business or regulatory outcomes
- Services are provided “as is” unless a separate written agreement says otherwise
7.2 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
7.3 Force Majeure
Neither side is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, internet outages, government action, war, pandemic, and similar.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination for Convenience
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. On termination:
- You pay for completed work up to the termination date
- We hand over completed deliverables
- Confidential information is returned or destroyed at your choice
8.2 Termination for Cause
Immediate termination is allowed for a material breach that is not cured within 15 days of written notice.
8.3 Survival
Clauses on confidentiality, IP rights, payment obligations, and liability continue to apply after the engagement ends.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution
If we disagree, the path is:
- Good-faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation, if both sides agree to it
- Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015
- The courts of Haryana, India, as a last resort
10. Modifications to Terms
We update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted on our website, and continued use of the Services means you accept the update.
When a signed Service Agreement or SOW conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement wins for that engagement.
