Pricing

Pricing that tracks your volume, not your headcount

Two products, one rule: you pay for what you process. DocPro bills per page. Finsuite bills per transaction and the modules you switch on. Both are enterprise plans, quoted against your real numbers, so the figure on your contract is the figure you actually pay.

Predictable monthly bill No per-user fees Volume tiers built in
Enterprise only

There is no credit-card checkout. Send your volume and document types; we send a number, often the same day.

Two products

Pick one, or run both together

DocPro is the agentic document extraction engine. Finsuite is the finance workflow that sits on top of it. They are priced separately, so you only pay for the part you use.

DocPro · ADE

Agentic Document Extraction

Invoice, bank statement, KYC and ID, receipt, purchase order, and custom agents, plus a document processing API.

Per page billed on monthly document volume
  • Per-page rate drops as volume rises. The more you process, the less each page costs.
  • Every agent on the platform, with no charge for the ones you do not use.
  • Confidence scores and exception routing on every field returned.
  • Accuracy of 98–99% on native PDFs and 94–97% on photos and scans, depending on document quality.

PTAS Finsuite

Finance operations suite

AP Automation, Vendor Management, and Taxora for GST compliance, running on DocPro extraction underneath.

Per transaction plus a platform fee and the modules you license
  • Billed on processed transactions, with volume tiers, not on the number of people who log in.
  • Platform fee covers approval workflows, the exception console, and ERP connectors.
  • License one module or all three. The bill follows what you turn on.
  • 6-way invoice matching, GSTIN and HSN/SAC validation, and ITC reconciliation included.

DocPro · per page

How per-page pricing works

One sticker rate would overcharge a small team and underserve a large one. Instead, the per-page rate sits in a tier set by your monthly volume. Here is the shape of it.

Pilot
Lower monthly volume
Standard per-page rate

For a first production workload or a single document type while you ramp.

Growth
Mid monthly volume
Volume discount applies

Several document types in production across more than one team.

Scale
High monthly volume
Lower per-page rate

Steady, high-throughput extraction with a committed monthly floor.

Enterprise
Very high or on-prem
Best per-page rate

Committed throughput, customer-managed keys, and on-premise or your-cloud deployment.

What counts as a page: one page is one side of one document. A single-page invoice is one page; a 12-page bank statement is twelve. How re-runs during sandbox testing are treated is written into your agreement, not left vague. Your committed volume sets the tier, with headroom built in for seasonal spikes so a busy month does not blow up the bill.
Finsuite · per transaction

Pay for the modules you switch on

Finsuite is billed on the transactions it processes plus a platform fee. Each module carries its own transaction meter, so a vendor-management-only deal does not pay for AP throughput it never uses.

AP Automation

Per processed invoice

Capture, 6-way matching, approval routing, exception handling, and posting to your ERP. See AP Automation

Vendor Management

Per onboarded or active vendor

Vendor onboarding, bank and GSTIN validation, and a clean master that AP and GST both read from. See Vendor Management

GST Compliance — Taxora

Per return and reconciliation

GSTR filings, ITC reconciliation, IRN handling, and HSN/SAC checks for Indian compliance. See Taxora

In every plan

What an enterprise contract carries

The commitment that sets your rate also brings the support and security that go with running this in production.

Committed throughput

A monthly volume floor that fixes your tier and your rate, with room for spikes.

Named customer engineer

A real person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue you start over with each time.

Priority response SLAs

Response times written into the contract, with severity tiers for anything that blocks a posting run.

Customer-managed keys

Hold your own encryption keys so your documents stay under your control end to end.

On-prem or your cloud

Deploy inside your own environment when policy requires it, instead of sending data out.

Onboarding and sandbox

A sandbox to test your own documents, and a guided rollout so go-live is not a leap of faith.

How buying works

From sample batch to signed contract

You see real output before you see a number, and a real number before you commit to anything.

Send a sample

Drop real documents into the sandbox and get the extracted JSON back within a working day. No card, no sales call to run the first batch.

Share your numbers

Tell us monthly volume, your document mix, and your ERP and security targets. That is what shapes the tier.

Get a quote

A real figure, often the same day. Per page for DocPro, per transaction plus modules for Finsuite.

Sign and onboard

Committed throughput, SLAs, customer-managed keys, and a named engineer to get you live.

Pricing questions

The questions buyers actually ask

How much does DocPro cost per page?

The per-page rate steps down as your monthly volume rises, so there is no single sticker price. A team running 5,000 pages a month and one running 5 million sit on very different tiers. Send your monthly volume and document types and we will quote a real per-page number, often the same day.

What counts as a page?

One page is one side of one document. A single-page invoice is one page; a 12-page bank statement is twelve. How re-runs during sandbox testing are treated is written into your agreement, not left vague.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, as a sandbox batch. Send a set of your own documents and you get the extracted JSON back within a working day. No credit card and no sales call to run that first batch. If the output holds up, we talk pricing. If it does not, you still walk away with real output to compare against whatever else you are evaluating.

Do you charge per user or per seat?

No. Neither product has per-user or per-seat fees. DocPro bills on pages processed; Finsuite bills on transactions and the modules you license. Add reviewers and approvers without watching the bill climb.

Do you bill in INR or USD?

Both. We are based in Haryana, India, serving Indian and global enterprises, so we quote and invoice in INR or USD depending on where you are.

Is there a monthly minimum?

Enterprise plans carry a committed monthly volume, which acts as the minimum. That commitment is what gets you the lower per-page and per-transaction rates, the priority SLAs, and the named customer engineer. We size it to your real volume and leave headroom for seasonal spikes.

What happens if I go over my committed volume?

Your tier is built with a buffer for normal swings, so an ordinary busy month stays inside the plan. Sustained growth past your commitment is handled by the overage terms in your contract, which we agree up front rather than springing on you at invoice time.

Can I run this on-premise or in my own cloud?

Yes. Both DocPro and Finsuite can deploy on-premise or inside your own cloud account, with customer-managed encryption keys. That changes the commercial shape of the deal, so it is quoted case by case.

Can I license DocPro without Finsuite?

Yes. DocPro is the extraction engine and stands on its own. Engineering teams often take DocPro alone and build their own workflow around the API. Finance teams usually want Finsuite end to end. You can license either one.

Send us your volume. We will put a number on paper

Book a 30-minute call, or just send a sample batch and see the output first. Either way, the next thing you get from us is a real price for your real documents, not a range.
