Your first 1,000 invoices are free

Run them through DocPro, check the extracted fields against your own records, and decide from there. Past a thousand, DocPro moves to an enterprise plan. PTAS Finsuite is enterprise from the start. Both get quoted against your real volume, so the number on the contract is the number you pay.

No card to start No per-seat fees Quoted on your volume INR or USD billing
Free run, then enterprise

There is no self-serve paid tier and no card on file. Process a thousand invoices first. If the output holds up, send us your monthly volume and we will put a number on paper.

Two products

Start free, then move to a contract

DocPro is the agentic document extraction engine. Finsuite is the finance workflow that sits on top of it. They are licensed separately, so a team that only wants extraction never pays for approval routing it will not use.

DocPro · Free run

1,000 invoices, free

Every agent is open during the free run: invoice, bank statement, KYC and ID, receipt, purchase order, and custom.

₹0 for the first 1,000 invoices

What you get

  • No credit card, and no sales call before you process anything.
  • Full API access, so your engineers wire it into something real instead of clicking through a demo.
  • Confidence scores and exception routing on every field, exactly as they behave in production.
  • Your documents stay yours. Nothing from the free run trains our models.
  • Finsuite modules and on-premise deployment sit outside the free run.
Start the free run

One document counts as one invoice, however many pages it runs to.

PTAS Finsuite · Enterprise

Finance operations suite

AP Automation, Vendor Management, and Taxora for GST, all running on DocPro extraction underneath.

Custom quote enterprise only, no free tier

What you get

  • License one module or all three. Your bill follows what you switch on, nothing more.
  • Billed on processed transactions plus a platform fee, never on how many people log in.
  • 6-way invoice matching, GSTIN and HSN/SAC validation, and ITC reconciliation are in the base, not bolted on later.
  • Connectors for SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, NetSuite, Dynamics, and QuickBooks, configured during onboarding.
  • Because it touches your ERP and your filings, we scope a paid pilot instead of handing you a self-serve login.

Side by side

Free run against enterprise, line by line

The free run is not a crippled demo. Extraction quality, agent coverage, and API behaviour are identical. What changes is scale, deployment, and who picks up the phone when something breaks at 2am on a posting day.

DocPro free run compared with a DocPro enterprise plan.
What you get Free run Enterprise
Volume included 1,000 invoices, one time Committed monthly volume, quoted to your numbers
Agents available All six, including custom All six, including custom
API access Full Full, with committed rate limits
Confidence scores and exception routing Included Included, with thresholds tuned to your formats
Support Documentation and email Named customer engineer and priority response SLAs
Deployment PTAS cloud PTAS cloud, your cloud account, or your own hardware
Encryption keys Managed by PTAS AI Customer-managed keys available
Finsuite modules Not available AP Automation, Vendor Management, and Taxora, licensed separately
Contract None Annual, with SLAs and overage terms agreed before signature
Billing Nothing to pay Monthly, in INR or USD

When the free run ends: processing pauses instead of rolling into a charge nobody agreed to. You keep every result you already pulled, and you keep the integration work your team did against the API. If you move to enterprise, the same keys carry over and there is no rebuild.

Finsuite · enterprise only

License the modules you need

Each module carries its own transaction meter, so a vendor-management deal does not pay for AP throughput it never touches. Nothing here is available on the free run.

AP Automation

Metered per processed invoice

Capture, 6-way matching, approval routing, exception handling, and posting to your ERP. See AP Automation

Vendor Management

Metered per active vendor

Onboarding, bank account and GSTIN validation, and one vendor master that AP and GST both read from. See Vendor Management

GST Compliance — Taxora

Metered per return and reconciliation

GSTR filings, ITC reconciliation, IRN handling, and HSN/SAC checks for Indian compliance. See Taxora

In every enterprise plan

What an enterprise contract carries

The commitment that sets your rate also brings the support and the security posture that running this in production actually requires.

Committed throughput

A monthly volume floor that fixes your tier and your rate, with room for spikes.

Named customer engineer

A real person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue you start over with each time.

Priority response SLAs

Response times written into the contract, with severity tiers for anything that blocks a posting run.

Customer-managed keys

Hold your own encryption keys so your documents stay under your control end to end.

On-prem or your cloud

Deploy inside your own environment when policy requires it, instead of sending data out.

Guided rollout

Agent tuning against your own formats and a staged go-live, so switching over is not a leap of faith.

How buying works

From free run to signed contract

You see real output before you see a number, and a real number before you commit to anything.

Claim the free 1,000

Tell us your document types and we open an account the same working day. No card, no procurement cycle, no demo you have to sit through first.

Check it against your records

Run your own invoices, not a sample pack we picked. Compare the extracted fields line by line with what your team keyed in manually.

Send your numbers

Monthly volume, document mix, ERP, and whatever your security team insists on. Those four things set the quote.

Sign and go live

A real figure, usually the same day. Then committed throughput, SLAs, customer-managed keys, and an engineer who stays with you through rollout.

Pricing questions

The questions buyers actually ask

What do I actually get for free?

One thousand invoices processed through DocPro at no cost, with every agent and the full API open. That means invoice, bank statement, KYC and ID, receipt, purchase order, and custom agents, plus confidence scores and exception routing on every field. You do not need a credit card and you do not need to sit through a sales call before you process anything.

What counts as one invoice?

One document is one invoice, regardless of how many pages it runs to. A three-page invoice counts once, not three times. Documents you re-submit after correcting a template count against the allowance, so it is worth getting your test batch right before you fire the whole thousand at it.

Do the 1,000 free invoices reset every month?

No. The free run is a one-time allowance rather than a recurring monthly tier. It exists so you can prove the output against your own records before money changes hands. There is no clock on it either, so you can spread the thousand across a few weeks of testing.

What happens after the free 1,000 run out?

Processing pauses rather than rolling over into a charge you did not agree to. From there the only way forward is an enterprise plan, quoted against your monthly volume and document mix. Send us those numbers and we usually come back with a figure the same day.

Is there a free tier for PTAS Finsuite?

No. Finsuite is enterprise only. It touches your ERP, your approval chains, and your GST filings, so a self-serve free tier would mean wiring into production systems without anyone from our side involved. We run a scoped pilot instead, which is part of the enterprise onboarding.

Do you charge per user or per seat?

No. Neither product has per-user or per-seat fees at any volume. DocPro is billed on documents processed. Finsuite is billed on transactions and the modules you license. Adding reviewers and approvers does not move your bill.

Do you bill in INR or USD?

Both. We are based in Haryana, India, serving Indian and global enterprises, so we quote and invoice in whichever of the two suits your finance team.

Is there a monthly minimum on enterprise plans?

Yes. Enterprise plans carry a committed monthly volume that acts as the floor, and that commitment is what earns the lower rates, the priority SLAs, and the named customer engineer. We size it against your real numbers and leave headroom so an ordinary busy month stays inside the plan.

What happens if I go over my committed volume?

Your tier is built with a buffer for normal swings, so an ordinary busy month stays inside the plan. Sustained growth past your commitment is handled by the overage terms in your contract, which we agree up front rather than springing on you at invoice time.

Can I run this on-premise or in my own cloud?

Yes, on enterprise plans. DocPro and Finsuite both deploy inside your own cloud account or on your own hardware, with customer-managed encryption keys. That changes the commercial shape of the deal, so it is quoted case by case. The free run is on PTAS cloud only.

Can I license DocPro without Finsuite?

Yes. DocPro is the extraction engine and works on its own. Engineering teams often take DocPro alone and build their own workflow around the API. Finance teams usually want Finsuite over the top. You can license either, or both.
